Formed in June 2009 this Group brought together significant IP content ownership, product development, TV and visual production, design and manufacturing, and a national and international sales and distribution business:
- Elm Street Media Productions Limited - creates visual media content for exploitation by the Group as well as creating new format programming for national and international TV, digital and internet platforms
- TKO Licensing Limited and Elm Street Media Limited - established Intellectual Property Rights owners of nostalgia, music, film and DVD material licensing and collecting royalties for both its owned content and that content for which it holds an exclusive license
- Pegasus Entertainment Limited - a leading supplier and distributor of music, specialist and historical CD and DVD titles
- TKO Publishing Limited - comprises a series of film, television and jazz themes and cues written in the main by major British jazz composers coupled with many popular copyrights of ‘pop songs’ and Christian music copyrights
